Prohibited Items and Conduct Policy

This document must be reviewed and aligned with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman before enforcement.

The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Monaady. Listings or accounts violating this policy will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned.


Prohibited Items

Illegal goods and services

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
  • Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
  • Alcohol and products containing alcohol.
  • Tobacco products sold outside legal channels.
  • Stolen property or property with removed serial numbers.
  • Counterfeit goods, fake currency, forged documents.
  • Human remains, organs, or bodily fluids.
  • Wildlife, endangered species, or products derived from them.

Regulated items requiring authorization

  • Prescription medicines and medical devices.
  • Hazardous chemicals or substances.
  • Currency exchange or financial services without a license.
  • Real estate or vehicle listings that misrepresent ownership or legal status.

Fraud and deception

  • Multi-level marketing schemes.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Listings with misleading prices, photos, or descriptions.
  • Duplicate or spam listings.

Harmful content

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Threats, violence, or incitement to violence.
  • Adult content or sexual services.
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors.

Services

  • Illegal gambling.
  • Hacking, surveillance, or fraud-related services.
  • Unlicensed financial, legal, or medical services.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or limits.
  • Posting false or misleading reviews.
  • Harassing other users through chat, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Attempting to move transactions off-platform to avoid moderation.
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission.

Reporting

Users can report prohibited listings or behavior through the “Report” button. Monaady will review reports and take appropriate action, including removal and reporting to authorities where required by Omani law.
